Hotel Porter – Front Office
We are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Porter to join our Front Office team at Hotel Elms Christchurch.
As a Hotel Porter, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with luggage, supporting the Front Office team with guest arrivals and departures, and driving our hotel courtesy van when required.
What we're looking for:
A full, valid driver's licence and the confidence to drive our hotel courtesy van.
A friendly, professional manner and a genuine passion for guest service.
A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
The ability to work well as part of a team and assist wherever needed.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Shift Hours:
Applicants must be available to work shifts within the following hours:
Morning shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
Afternoon/evening shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm
